Jackie Conway
Jackie graduated from East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina, and earned her master’s degree in Marketing. She taught Marketing at Lenoir Community College prior to joining Conway & Company. Jackie works in all areas of real estate and property management.
Jackie is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has held numerous positions inside the Kinston Board of Realtors. Jackie has been a multi-million dollar producer since joining the firm.
Jackie is married to Mark R. Conway and they have two children. She is very active in the local schools and her community.

Deens Kornegay
Deens joined Conway & Company in 2000, but has had a background in real estate since 1990. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute. Deens is a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, NC with a bachelors degree in Industrial Technology. Deens works in all areas of real estate & property management.
Deens is married with two children. His wife, Leslie, is a retired teacher. Together they enjoy hunting, camping, and fishing, and all kinds of outdoor activities, with their sons, Trey and Hunter.
